Vajra

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 13, 2026

Draft — pending legal review. This document was prepared as a working draft of Vajra's Terms of Service and has not yet been reviewed by a qualified lawyer. Don't treat it as final or legally binding until that review is complete.

1. Who we are

Vajra is operated by fastrBuild Intelligence (OPC) Pvt Ltd ("fastrBuild," "we," "us," or "the Company"), a company incorporated in India. These Terms govern your access to and use of Vajra (the "Service"), including the website and application at app.vajra.work.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. What the Service does

Vajra is a multi-model AI workspace. It lets you chat with large language models from multiple providers, ground conversations in documents you upload to a Project, apply organization-level data-handling guardrails, and use other features we may add over time. Prompts you send are routed, via OpenRouter, to third-party AI model providers to generate a response — see Section 7.

4. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide a real, accessible email address — accounts created with disposable or temporary email addresses may be blocked or suspended.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
  • Attempt to circumvent credit limits, rate limits, or abuse-protection measures, including by creating multiple accounts to obtain additional free trial credits.
  • Use the Service to generate content that is intended to harm, harass, defraud, or deceive others, or that infringes a third party's intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or interfere with the normal operation of the Service or the models it routes to.
  • Resell or provide unauthorized third-party access to the Service.

6. Credits and billing

New accounts receive a trial grant of credits at signup. Credits are consumed as you use the Service (for example, sending chat messages or indexing documents) and have no cash value; they are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by law. Paid plans are not yet available — when they launch, specific billing terms, pricing, and refund policies will be published here and you will be asked to accept them separately before being charged.

7. Third-party AI providers and AI-generated content

When you send a message, the relevant portion of your conversation is transmitted, via OpenRouter, to the underlying AI model provider you (or your organization) selected, to generate a response. Those providers process that content under their own terms; Vajra does not control how they do so. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your use case — you are responsible for independently verifying any output before relying on it, and the Service is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or other expert advice.

8. Guardrails and data-handling controls

Vajra offers optional guardrail settings, including provider-routing restrictions and automated masking of common personally identifiable information patterns (such as email addresses and phone numbers) before content is sent to a model provider. These are best-effort protections, not a guarantee of complete redaction — pattern-based masking can miss information that doesn't match a known format. Don't rely on it as your sole safeguard for highly sensitive data.

9. Organization (team) accounts

Vajra supports company/team workspaces. If you join an organization, your usage draws from that organization's shared credit wallet instead of a personal balance, and the organization's admins can set a guardrail floor that your own settings can only tighten, never loosen (see Section 8). Organization admins can see usage metadata about your activity in the Service — such as which models you used, credits consumed, and account activity timestamps — for account and billing management purposes. Admins cannot see the content of your chats, uploaded documents, or messages; message content remains private to you. Organizations are one-account-one-organization: you cannot belong to more than one team at a time, and organizations do not use shared logins — every member signs in with their own account.

10. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and, to the extent applicable law allows, the output you receive. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate and improve the Service. We and our licensors retain all rights in the Service itself, including its software, design, and branding.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or restrict your account if we believe, in good faith, that you've violated these Terms or misused the Service — including credit-farming or other abuse. You may stop using the Service at any time. Requests to delete your account and associated data can be sent to the contact address in Section 14.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, fastrBuild Intelligence (OPC) Pvt Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, or for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated output.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@vajra.work.
